Delivery

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, leaving six additional business days for shipment and delivery to your specified address. No guarantee can be made unless authorised by a member of our Sales Team, but if an item is in stock, we will make every effort to ensure next-day delivery. Our standard shipping duration is 1 to 7 business days. A flat rate is charged for shipping: UK £2.99 | £7.99 | £9.99 | Rest of the World Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used to deliver smaller products. Products that exceed 2kg in weight or are deemed to be of high value will be delivered by one of our national couriers.

Returns and refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts regulations, Adorned In Faith allows customers to cancel their orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you wish to return or exchange the product(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs but will receive a full refund for the product and standard delivery fee (if applicable), provided the goods are in resalable condition. Please contact Customer Service via email at info@adornedinfaith.com if you wish to return or exchange your product(s). If you are unable to return the product to us, we offer this service for a fee that varies based on the type of item being returned.
The returned item(s) must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in its or her original packaging. Adorned in faith reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or repackaging of products not returned in their original condition if they are not in resalable condition. This fee may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour, and any loss incurred by Adorned in faith as a result.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to any specialised, customised, or custom-made items. All refunds will be processed within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
